General Terms
1.1. These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use of Motor Grocery's delivery services (the "Services").

1.2. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you may not use our Services.

Use of Services
2.1. Our Services are available to individuals and businesses in our coverage area.

2.2. To use our Services, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself and the delivery address.

2.3. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified delivery time. If no one is available, we reserve the right to charge a fee for a subsequent delivery attempt.

2.4. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Payment
3.1. Payment for our Services must be made in full prior to the delivery.

3.2. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and other forms of electronic payment.

3.3. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery.

Delivery
4.1. We will make every effort to deliver your order on time, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

4.2. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or road closures.

4.3. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the delivered items, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery.

Liability
5.1. Our liability for any loss or damage caused by our Services is limited to the cost of the Services provided.

5.2. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from any delay in delivery or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our control.

5.3. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from any act or omission of a third-party provider, including but not limited to a merchant or supplier.

Termination
6.1. We may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason.

6.2. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid in full.

Governing Law
7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.

7.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
